1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using VIBE: AI Video Generator ("VIBE", "the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use VIBE.
These Terms are between you and Rocket Digital Limited, 1603, The L Plaza, 367-375 Queens Road Central, Hong Kong.
2. Description of Service
VIBE is an AI video generator app that enables users to create videos from text prompts and images using third-party AI models including, but not limited to, Google Veo, OpenAI Sora, Kling, Seedance, WAN, LTX, PixVerse, Luma Ray Flash, Grok, Vidu, Pruna, and Hailuo.
3. Account Registration
Some features require account registration. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
4. Subscriptions & Payments
VIBE offers a free tier and VIBE Pro, a paid subscription managed via RevenueCat and processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play).
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Refunds are subject to Apple App Store and Google Play policies
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice
- Subscription features may change over time
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use VIBE to generate content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
- Depicts or promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination
- Is sexually explicit or pornographic
- Infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
- Constitutes deepfakes designed to deceive or harm
- Violates the usage policies of underlying AI model providers
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
VIBE and its original content, features, and design are owned by Rocket Digital Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using VIBE, subject to the terms of the AI model providers.
By generating content in VIBE, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and improve our service.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
AI-generated videos are produced by third-party models (OpenAI, Google, Kuaishou, etc.). We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI-generated outputs. You are responsible for how you use generated content.
8. Third-Party Services
VIBE integrates with Firebase, RevenueCat, Google AdMob, OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Replicate, and Fal.ai. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rocket Digital Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of VIBE. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Service Availability
We aim to provide continuous service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with or without notice. We are not liable for any service interruptions.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via the app settings or by contacting us.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use of VIBE after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
